Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective social media campaigns aligned with overall brand goals. Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain a strong online presence. Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, leads) and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Assist in developing creative concepts for posts, videos, reels, and other content formats. Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and other team members to execute social media plans.

Requirements:



Female candidates only


Minimum

3 years of dedicated experience

in Social Media Marketing/Management
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and content trends
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of social media tools like Hootsuite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc., is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
