Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Social Media Strategy:

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing and business objectives.

Content Creation & Management:

Create engaging and relevant content (posts, graphics, videos) for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.

Community Engagement:

Interact with followers, respond to inquiries, and engage with potential customers and clients to build a strong online community.

Campaign Management:

Plan and manage social media campaigns, ensuring timely execution, and achieving set objectives (brand awareness, lead generation, etc.).

Performance Analytics:

Monitor social media performance and analyze metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or other reporting platforms. Provide regular reports and insights on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Market Research:

Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media tools and techniques to stay ahead in the digital space.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure social media campaigns are aligned with broader marketing initiatives and brand messaging.

Ad Management:

Manage paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to promote real estate listings and drive leads.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all content is consistent with the company's brand voice and guidelines across all platforms.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate or property sector. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with a good eye for design and content creation. Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies for optimization. Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus. Knowledge of real estate trends, property sales, and marketing is advantageous.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
