Key Responsibilities

Create and design

templates, graphics, and social media posts

for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube. Plan, write, and

schedule posts across multiple platforms

using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or native schedulers. Draft and send

professional emails/newsletters

for campaigns and updates. Collaborate with the

content and marketing team

to plan campaigns, events, and masterclasses. Track and analyze

social media performance metrics

to optimize engagement. Support in

content marketing, SEO activities, and community building

. Assist in

basic performance marketing campaigns

(Google Ads, Meta Ads) - good to have*.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

BBA, MBA (Marketing/HR), BCA, B.Tech, or any graduate/undergraduate with strong interest in digital marketing.

Experience:

6-12 months of experience in

Social Media / EdTech / Marketing

preferred. Knowledge of

Canva, Adobe tools, or similar design platforms

. Good

communication, writing, and creative thinking skills

. Ability to handle

multiple social media platforms

effectively. Knowledge of

performance marketing ads

(preferred).
