Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with 1-3 years of experience in social media management. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies. You will be responsible for managing and growing our brands presence across various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for different platforms. Monitor social media trends, audience insights, and competitor activities. Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce visually appealing and compelling content. Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports with key insights. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Appear on camera for social media content, such as reels, stories, and live sessions. Stay updated with the latest social media tools, trends, and best practices.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in social media marketing. Strong understanding of various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite. Comfortable appearing on camera for video content for social media content creation. Excellent communication and creative writing skills. Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
