Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Executive

to manage and grow our online presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, analyzing performance metrics, and supporting digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company profiles on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, youtube, and others Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions) Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and professional manner Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices Coordinate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency Manage basic paid social media advertising campaigns (if required) Handle online reputation management and community engagement
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting Creative thinking and content ideation skills Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar Basic graphic design or video editing knowledge is an advantage
Preferred Skills

Experience with paid social media advertising Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts Influencer marketing experience Photography or videography skills
