Responsibilities

Manage all company social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) Create and publish daily/weekly posts, stories, reels, and promotional content Design high-quality graphics, posters, banners, ads, and marketing creatives Plan monthly content calendars and social media strategies Handle Meta Ads Manager (campaign setup, optimization, reporting) Monitor page insights, engagement, and analytics Collaborate with content, operations, and HR teams for timely post creation Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets Edit short videos/reels for campaigns or announcements Manage community interactions, comments, and basic customer inquiries on pages

Requirements

Minimum

3 years experience

in Social Media Management + Graphic Design Strong skills in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro / After Effects

, or similar tools Experience running

Meta Ads / paid campaigns

Good understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and hashtags Strong portfolio of design work and social media pages handled Ability to create content independently with minimal supervision Must be an

immediate joiner

Must be

ready to relocate to Pune

Strong communication, creativity, and time-management skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with Canva / Figma Basic video editing & motion graphics Ability to handle multiple pages and brands at once Knowledge of digital marketing basics
