to lead and grow our brand presence across all social media platforms. The role focuses on
strategy creation, content planning, execution, analytics, and team coordination
to build strong online communities and drive brand engagement.
The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing the complete social media ecosystem--ensuring brand consistency, creative storytelling, audience growth, and performance optimization.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute
comprehensive social media strategies
aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign timelines.
Identify trends, formats, and opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
Content Creation & Management
Oversee creation, publishing, and scheduling of
high-quality, engaging content
across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Strong hands-on capability in
camera handling, reels, and short-form video content
.
Ensure all content reflects brand tone, creativity, and aesthetics.
Guide content writing, captions, hashtags, and storytelling.
Campaign Execution & Performance
Manage social media campaigns including paid promotions where applicable.
Track, analyze, and optimize performance using analytics tools.
Audit social media presence and evaluate ROI, reach, engagement, and conversions.
Prepare reports and insights for management review.
Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with design, content, event, and marketing teams to align social media timelines with campaigns, launches, and brand initiatives.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, artists, and external partners when required.
Community & Brand Management
Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions professionally.
Build strong online relationships and manage brand reputation.
Monitor competitor activities and industry benchmarks.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOBEducation:

Experience:
Minimum 2-4 years
of experience in social media management (agency/event industry preferred)
