What you'll do:

Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, etc.

Plan and maintain a detailed monthly social media content calendar

to ensure consistent and strategic posting.

Create post design ideas and write scripts for reels

tailored to university branding. Generate creative content ideas, copy, and campaigns for every platform.

Track, analyse, and report performance

metrics through Social Media insights, on a

daily basis

to optimize results. Collaborate with design, photography/videography, and marketing teams to maintain a unified brand voice.
What we're looking for:

1-2 years of experience in Social Media / Digital Marketing. Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and tools. Proven ability to

create month-wise content calendars with post design and reel concepts.

Hands-on experience with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.). Basic design knowledge (Canva/Photoshop) and good content writing skills are a big plus.One who is experienced in tracking and reporting Social Media Insights/Analytics regularly. Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities. A knack for understanding what engages students and campus communities.
