Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing social media accounts across

Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts

Support creation of reels, posts, and short-form content Write captions, hooks, and basic content scripts Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas Use

AI tools

to support faster and smarter content creation Help schedule and publish content regularly Monitor engagement and assist with basic performance reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications

Interest in social media marketing and digital content Basic understanding of reels, trends, and online platforms Good communication skills (English preferred) Creative mindset with willingness to learn Ability to work consistently and meet posting schedules Basic knowledge of mobile photography or video creation is an advantage
Preferred (Good to Have)

Personal or academic experience managing social media pages Ability to repurpose content across platforms Familiarity with AI tools for content or caption generation
