We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to manage and grow our clients' social media presence. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and updated with the latest trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
Create engaging content ideas, captions and concepts with the design team.
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
Monitor performance and submit reports.
Track trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams.
Create monthly social media calendars and campaign ideas.
Important Practical & Agency-Specific Responsibilities:
Manage social media for multiple clients.
Coordinate with clients for approvals and updates.
Prepare monthly content calendars strategically.
Work closely with design/video teams for timely deliveries.
Ensure posts go live as per the schedule.
Maintain records of creatives, captions, and campaign data.
Share weekly/monthly performance reports.
Follow platform guidelines to avoid copyright issues.
Stay updated with new features and trends.
Handle client feedback and ensure timely revisions.
Support agency campaigns and festival posts.
Identify content opportunities during shoots or events.
Ensure quality control: error-free captions, correct hashtags, and on-brand visuals.
Required Skills & Experience:
2-3 years experience in a digital marketing agency.
Strong understanding of social media algorithms.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Ability to analyze insights and improve performance.
Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
Basic knowledge of paid ads is a plus.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
