Social Media Manager & Influencer Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, organised, and proactive Social Media & Influencer Marketing Executive to manage and grow our brand's online presence. This role requires someone who understands trends, loves creating engaging content, and can manage both daily social media tasks and influencer partnerships from start to finish.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

Plan and create monthly social media calendars for all platforms. Brainstorm and execute fresh ideas to grow engagement, reach, and followers. Coordinate with the graphic design team to get strategic and high-quality creatives made. Write captions, schedule posts, and ensure timely publishing. Keep track of trends and suggest new content formats. Manage and respond to DMs, comments, and audience queries. Monitor analytics and performance to understand what's working and drive improvements.

Influencer Marketing

Research and shortlist relevant influencers across categories and platforms. Coordinate with influencers, agencies, and managers to negotiate and close collaborations. Write scripts, briefs, and content guidelines for influencer deliverables. Manage timelines, approvals, and alignment for all influencer campaigns. Ensure influencer content goes live as planned and is posted on brand channels, if required. Track performance of influencer campaigns and maintain proper reports.

Requirements

Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas. Basic understanding of analytics and content performance. Experience in influencer marketing or social media handling is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
