Key Responsibilities
Create and publish daily/weekly content across platforms.
Manage the social media calendar and coordinate with designers.
Respond to comments and engage with the community.
Track performance metrics: reach, engagement, CTR, follower growth.
Execute personal branding for leadership (mainly LinkedIn).
Write thought-leadership posts
Monitor trends and optimize content for better performance.
Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports.
