Plan, create, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
Manage daily posting, stories, reels, and brand communication.
Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally.
Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for campaigns.
Research trends and implement creative ideas to increase engagement.
Assist in influencer outreach and collaborations.
Maintain consistent brand voice and aesthetics.
Requirements:
Basic understanding of all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Good communication and creative thinking skills.
Knowledge of Canva/Photoshop/short video editing is an added advantage.
Ability to handle social media schedules and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.
