Hairfree & Hairgrow Clinic (Surat) is looking for a creative and highly organized

Social Media Executive

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content creation, and brand communication across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and engagement on

Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn

, and other platforms. Create and execute monthly

social media content calendars

. Coordinate with designers, videographers, and internal teams to produce reels, posts, and stories. Monitor analytics and prepare weekly/monthly

performance reports

. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to improve audience engagement. Research industry trends, competitors, and new content ideas. Assist in running paid ad campaigns (optional but preferred). Maintain brand voice, design consistency, and professional communication.

Requirements

1-2 years of experience in Social Media Management. Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook & LinkedIn. Basic knowledge of content strategy, captions, hashtags & analytics. Ability to work with designers and editors for content creation. Strong communication skills and creativity. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills (Not mandatory)

Experience with Canva, Facebook Creator Studio, Meta Business Suite, or scheduling tools. Basic video editing knowledge. Experience in healthcare, beauty, or service industry is a plus.
