Job Role

The Social Media Manager will manage the complete digital presence, content planning, campaigns, influencer marketing and performance tracking for all NB Holding companies. This role requires creativity, strategy, analytical mindset & hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Planning

Develop monthly social media calendars & posting schedules. Create brand-wise social media plans aligned with business goals. Increase follower growth, engagement & brand awareness.

2. Content Development & Management

Write creative content/captions for posts, reels, stories & ads. Coordinate with designers, editors & production team for content creation. Manage multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Threads).

3. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Run paid ads & performance campaigns (Meta & Google Ads basic knowledge preferred). Track analytics, insights & reports to improve results.

4. Community & Influencer Management

Engage with comments/messages, resolve queries & improve audience response. Collaborate with influencers & brand ambassadors.

5. Brand Reputation

Maintain consistent brand identity for all three companies. Manage online reviews, feedback & crisis management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience:

1- 3

in Social Media Marketing / Digital Marketing. Strong knowledge of Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn, Facebook Creator Studio. Understanding of Reels, trends, storytelling & viral content. Basic knowledge of Canva / Video Editing. Excellent communication (English/Hindi/Gujarati preferred). Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated, result-oriented & performance-driven. Team player with good leadership attitude.
