Plan, create, and publish engaging content for all major social platforms
Work on Instagram Reels, Stories, carousels, and trending content
Monitor daily interactions: respond to DMs, comments, and mentions
Help manage the content calendar and posting schedules
Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketing team
Track performance (reach, engagement, followers) and suggest improvements
Research trends, hashtags, and viral formats relevant to our niche
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in social media or content creation (Freshers welcome!)
Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and basic platform analytics
Good writing skills and eye for design/layout
Ability to think creatively and work independently
Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or scheduling apps (Later, Buffer)
Bonus: Reels editing, meme creation, or trend spotting
