The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing the company's online presence across various social media platforms. The role includes creating engaging content, increasing brand visibility, driving audience engagement, and supporting marketing objectives through effective digital communication.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, schedule, and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create engaging posts, reels, and stories to enhance brand presence.
Monitor social media trends and apply relevant strategies for growth.
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for campaigns and visual content.
Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and followers.
Assist in running paid social media promotions and boosting campaigns.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Stay updated with the latest features, tools, and social media best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
Creative thinking and good sense of visual aesthetics.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
Excellent communication and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Analytical mindset with basic understanding of social media insights.
