Job Overview: A Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and executing social media strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engage with the target audience, and drive business goals. This role involves creating and curating content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying updated on industry trends to ensure a strong online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience. Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.

- Content Creation: Create engaging and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, and infographics. Schedule and post content on various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and brand voice.

- Audience Engagement: Interact with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Foster a sense of community and encourage user-generated content (UGC).

- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media channels and track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and insights from individual platforms. Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

- Campaign Management: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and creative development. A/B testing to optimize ad performance.

- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Implement new features and strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

- Social Media Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent posting schedule. Coordinate with other departments to align social media efforts with marketing campaigns and product launches.

- Crisis Management: Monitor social media for potential PR issues and respond appropriately to manage and mitigate any crises or negative comments.

- Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing strategies. Work with influencers and brand advocates to expand reach and engagement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field. Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and a strong eye for design and visual content. Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing trends. Knowledge of SEO and its application in social media is a plus.
