Job Requirement:

Developing Social Media Strategy:

Create and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, such as brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Managing Social Media Channels:

Oversee all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams, like: copy writer, designers, sales, to align social media strategies.

Monitoring and Analysis:

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.

Paid Ads Campaign Management:

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, audience targeting, ad creation, and optimization.

Influencer and Partnership Management:

Build and nurture relationships with influencers and industry partners to amplify brand reach and engagement.

Team Leadership and Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of social media specialists.

Industry Research and Innovations:

Stay updated on the latest social media marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Required skills set

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively engage with diverse audiences. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team. Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Proven experience in social media marketing of different industries. Able to work on various industry-based projects. 3+ years of proven work experience required in social media or related profile. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively engage with diverse audiences. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to inspire and motivate a team & coordinate with internal teams. Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices. Proven experience working on Paid ads campaign & various social media Platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube etc) of different industries. Experience in influencer partnership & management. Able to work on various industry-based projects.
Qualifications

Minimum bachelors degree required.

Should be able to commute daily to office location.

Course done in Digital Marketing would be a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
