Social Media Marketing Executive(SMM)

Experience - 2-3 Years Location - Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities o Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms tailored for B2B SaaS growth. o Performance Marketing: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI. o Conversion API & Tracking: Implement and manage Meta Conversion API (CAPI), LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to ensure accurate attribution and performance measurement. o Content & Engagement: Work with the content and design teams to create engaging content (posts, creatives, ad copies) that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target B2B audiences. o Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, campaign metrics, and conversion funnels; prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations. o Experimentation: Run A/B tests on ads, landing pages, and creatives to improve CTR, CPL, and overall conversion rates. o Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align campaigns with product positioning, demand generation goals, and revenue objectives. Requirements o 2-3 years of proven experience in social media management and advertising, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. o Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid social platforms. o In-depth knowledge of conversion tracking, Meta Conversion API, GTM, Pixel integrations, and analytics tools. o Proven ability to drive qualified leads and pipeline through social media advertising. o Strong understanding of B2B buyer journey, SaaS marketing funnels, and lead nurturing strategies. o Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. o Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas while keeping business outcomes in focus. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
