We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Social Media Executive with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on organic social media growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and building online communities without relying heavily on paid ads.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and schedule organic content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter)
Build and manage social media calendars aligned with campaign goals
Write engaging captions and copy tailored to each platform
Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions
Track social performance using platform analytics (Meta Insights, Analytics, etc.)
Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes
Conduct competitor and hashtag research to improve reach and engagement
Collaborate with the design/content team to produce high-quality visuals and creatives
Support influencer collaborations and organic campaigns when needed
Requirements:*

1-2 years of hands-on experience in social media or digital marketing
Strong understanding of organic social media strategy(non-paid growth)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer/Hootsuite, etc.
Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
