, you will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing online interactions to enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and contribute to overall marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) across platforms: Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop creatives, captions, and campaign ideas.
Manage day-to-day handling of all social media accounts, including scheduling and posting.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, influencers, and customers in a timely manner.
Track performance metrics and create weekly/monthly reports (reach, engagement, growth, etc.).
Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns.
Research trends, hashtags, competitors, and audience insights to optimize content.
Support influencer collaborations, contest planning, and brand campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to reflect product launches, offers, events, and announcements on social channels.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
Hands-on knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
A good eye for design, aesthetics, and current digital trends.
Creative mindset, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or mobile editing apps is a plus.
