Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic

Social Media Marketing Specialist

to manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing our online community, running paid campaigns, and analyzing performance to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, etc.). Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads (if applicable). Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner. Track KPIs and analyze performance metrics to optimize strategies. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Run influencer and partnership collaborations to enhance brand reach.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Executive / Social Media Specialist. Strong knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter). Experience in running paid social media campaigns. Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar. Creative mindset with excellent writing and communication skills. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred. Ability to analyze data and prepare performance reports. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
