Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and driven

Social Media Executive

to manage and grow our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content creation, digital trends, community engagement, and performance analytics. You will play a key role in shaping our brand voice and connecting with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) for all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with the marketing strategy. Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and online communities in real time. Collaborate with stakeholders for campaign planning and execution. Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activities. Analyze performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly reports using tools like Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, and Google Analytics. Support paid social media campaigns in collaboration with the performance marketing team. Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships where relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in managing brand social media accounts. Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience behavior. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and a keen eye for visual aesthetics. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or basic video editing tools is a plus. Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).

Preferred Qualities:

Passionate about social media and digital storytelling. Ability to multitask and manage multiple brand pages simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Positive attitude and team-player mindset.
