Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on Meta platforms, including
Facebook, Instagram, and Messenger.

Develop advanced audience targeting strategies, including custom audiences,
lookalikes, and retargeting tactics.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Business
Suite, and other analytics tools.

Collaborate with creative, content, and performance marketing teams to develop
engaging ad creatives aligned with campaign objectives.

Conduct A/B testing to refine ad copy, visuals, placement, and audience segments. Ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing goals such as brand awareness, lead
generation, conversions, or sales.

Stay up to date on Meta's evolving advertising tools, features, algorithm changes,
and best practices.

Provide strategic recommendations to improve ad performance and lower cost-per-result metrics. Manage and optimize budgets to ensure cost-effective campaign delivery. Generate regular reports and actionable insights for internal stakeholders or clients.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience managing Meta ads (Facebook, Instagram) at scale. Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Meta Pixel
implementation.

Strong understanding of Meta's advertising ecosystem, including campaign
structure, objectives, placements, bidding strategies, and attribution models.

Demonstrated success in running performance-driven campaigns with measurable
results.

Data-driven mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Analytics,
or third-party reporting platforms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Attributes:

Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate or Media Buying Professional. Experience with WhatsApp Business API and Messenger bots. Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce) or CRM
integrations.

Knowledge of competitor social platforms (e.g., TikTok Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn).

Pay: ?17,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
