We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Executive to manage our brand's presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
Create engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and videos to attract and engage the target audience.
Manage daily posts and interactions; respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries promptly.
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns in coordination with the digital marketing team.
Track and report analytics to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and influencers for campaign execution.
Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, and technologies.
Assist in competitor analysis and audience research.
Key Skills Required:
Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Photoshop, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
Strong understanding of various social media platforms and algorithms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Basic knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Creativity, attention to detail, and time management.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role. (Freshers may also apply.)
Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing is a plus.
