Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Scheduling & Execution:

? Schedule social media posts using tools like Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite.

? Maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure timely and relevant posting.

2. Content Research & Copywriting:

? Conduct hashtag research to improve post discoverability and engagement.

? Write and post LinkedIn Pulse articles and engaging captions tailored to the audience.

? Draft compelling copy for both promotional and informational posts.

? Craft effective Call-to-Actions (CTAs) to encourage user interaction.

3. Platform Management:

? Ensure content is tailored for each platform with optimized formatting and hashtags.

? Support in tracking basic engagement metrics to evaluate post performance.

Skills & Competencies:

? Familiarity with social media tools such as Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite.

? Strong understanding of platform-specific content nuances (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram & Twitter).

? Basic copywriting skills with a focus on user engagement.

? Attention to detail with excellent time management.

? Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
