We're currently looking for a driven, detail-oriented individual to join our team and help manage LinkedIn accounts for clients while also supporting our own brand's digital presence across key social platforms.
Position Overview:
As a
LinkedIn Outreach Specialist
, you'll be responsible for executing personalized LinkedIn strategies for our clients -- including connection requests, content creation and publishing, engagement campaigns, and email outreach. In addition, you'll assist with Nexxence's social media channels, helping increase awareness and visibility for the brand.
This is a hybrid role combining personal branding, digital outreach, and social media coordination. Ideal for someone who understands LinkedIn's professional landscape and can manage multiple tasks with accuracy, creativity, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Send personalized LinkedIn connection requests based on client personas and target lists.
Create, schedule, and post high-quality LinkedIn content (carousels, long-form posts, articles, videos) tailored to each client's tone and goals.
Run engagement and re-engagement campaigns to boost profile visibility and skill endorsements.
Reach out to the client's network to request LinkedIn recommendations.
Apply to Easy Apply job listings on LinkedIn based on the client's career goals and preferred industries.
Monitor connection growth, engagement, and profile performance, and prepare regular reports.
Use Gmail or designated tools to run email outreach campaigns targeting CEOs, hiring managers, conference organizers, etc., and manage follow-ups.
Customize and send pre-approved outreach templates while maintaining a professional tone.
Support Nexxence's brand visibility by managing and posting regularly on our LinkedIn company page--sharing service updates, announcements, and engaging content that reflects our voice and values.
Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries on the Nexxence LinkedIn page in a timely and professional manner.
Track performance metrics across all LinkedIn profiles (client and internal) and suggest improvements to optimize visibility and engagement.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in LinkedIn outreach, social media management, or content marketing
Excellent written English with the ability to write professional and engaging content
Familiarity with Canva, LinkedIn Creator tools, scheduling platforms (e.g., Buffer, Later)
Knowledge of LinkedIn best practices, personal branding, and networking strategy
Experience using Gmail for outreach and tools like Lemlist, Apollo, Mailtrack (preferred)
Ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet deadlines consistently
Strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently
Experience managing LinkedIn for CXOs or professional clients is a strong advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
