Responsible for managing and growing the hotel's online presence across social media platforms to enhance brand image, engage audiences, and drive bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, blogs).
Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
Run paid campaigns to promote offers, events, and hotel services.
Monitor analytics, prepare monthly reports, and optimize strategies.
Respond to guest inquiries, reviews, and comments professionally.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and F&B teams for promotions.
Stay updated with trends in hospitality and digital marketing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communications or related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media/digital marketing (hospitality preferred).
Creative writing, photography & video editing skills a plus.
Strong knowledge of social media tools & analytics.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
