Manage daily posting, scheduling, and community engagement.
Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports to track growth and ROI.
Stay updated with trends, hashtags, and platform updates to increase reach and engagement.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams for campaigns and promotions.
Handle online reputation management by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in social media marketing (hospitality/F&B background preferred).
Strong knowledge of social media tools, trends, and analytics.
Excellent communication, creative writing, and visual storytelling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
