Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy:

Assist in the creation and implementation of social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Content Creation:

Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, image, and video) for various social media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Community Management:

Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and community members to build relationships and foster brand loyalty.

Campaign Management:

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotions, including paid advertising.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all social media content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and tone.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team, designers, and other departments to support broader marketing goals and initiatives.

Influencer Outreach:

Identify and engage with influencers and key opinion leaders to expand brand reach and visibility.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

0-1 years of experience in social media management or a similar role.

Skills:

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer). Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) is a plus. Analytical skills and ability to interpret social media data. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
