About the Role

We are looking for a creative and proactive

Social Media Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand's online presence across social media platforms, including

Instagram

and

Facebook

. This role involves creating engaging content, posting regularly using proper algorithm-friendly strategies, and capturing real-time activities and live class moments for instant uploads.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and upload

reels, posts, and stories

on Instagram and Facebook. Capture and edit

video content

from live classes, activities, and behind-the-scenes moments. Ensure

timely uploads

aligned with current trends and platform algorithms. Write engaging

captions, hashtags, and descriptions

to enhance reach and engagement. Monitor performance metrics (views, likes, engagement) and suggest improvements. Stay updated with

Instagram and Facebook algorithm changes

and social media trends. Coordinate with the marketing and creative team for campaign ideas and content themes.

Requirements

Female candidates only. Basic knowledge of

Instagram Reels, Facebook Pages, and trending social media tools

. Strong interest in beauty, skincare, or education-related content. Basic video shooting and editing skills (mobile-based editing tools acceptable). Good communication and creativity. Ability to work full-time at the workplace.
