Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic

Female Social Media Executive

to manage and grow our brand's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content creation, social media trends, community engagement, and digital branding, with a flair for communication and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Management:

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, and text) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop campaign ideas and creatives.

Community Engagement:

Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally. Build and manage relationships with followers, influencers, and brand collaborators.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions. Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, viral content, and platform updates. Suggest innovative ideas and formats to increase reach and engagement.

Collaboration & Coordination:

Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators for shoots. Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, contests, and influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in managing social media for a brand or agency. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and content trends. Creative thinking with excellent writing and visual communication skills. Familiarity with social media tools (Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Comfortable appearing on camera (for reels or stories), if required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
