Key Responsibilities

Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn Schedule regular posts and stories while maintaining a consistent brand voice Write captions, select hashtags, and curate content aligned with wellness themes Collaborate with the video and design teams for campaigns and promotional materials Monitor analytics, track performance, and suggest data-driven improvements Stay updated on the latest social media trends and apply them creatively Engage with online audiences, respond to queries, and maintain a positive brand image

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum one year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite Passion for healthcare, wellness, yoga, or lifestyle branding Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling Excellent communication and coordination skills Female candidates preferred due to the nature of the work environment

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field Experience with paid campaigns (Meta or Google Ads is an added advantage) Ability to plan, execute, and analyze social media strategies independently
