Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
.
Develop and execute
monthly social media calendars
aligned with brand objectives and ongoing campaigns.
Manage online communities by responding to messages, comments, and interactions in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate closely with
designers, content writers, and video editors
to ensure consistency in brand tone and quality.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as
reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions
using tools like
Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and other reporting platforms
.
Stay up to date with
platform updates, emerging trends, and viral content formats
to enhance reach and visibility.
Coordinate with internal teams to support
campaign launches, events, and promotional initiatives
on social media.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and performance improvement.
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
, including insights, recommendations, and optimization strategies.
Oversee
on-site content creation
using iPhones--capture daily activities, coordinate approvals with teachers, and upload finalized creatives to the assigned campaign folders with appropriate credits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field
.
1-3 years of hands-on experience
in social media management or a similar role.
Working knowledge of tools such as
Canva, Meta Business Suite
, and related platforms.
Strong understanding of
social media algorithms, KPIs, and industry best practices
.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and consistency.
Basic familiarity with
design or video editing tools
such as InShot, VN, CapCut, Clipchamp, etc., is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience creating and managing
Instagram Reels, Stories, and trend-based content
.
Knowledge of
influencer marketing and user-generated content strategies
.
Ability to manage
multiple campaigns simultaneously
in a fast-paced environment.
Google Ads or Meta Ads certification
will be considered an added advantage.
