Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Create engaging posts, reels, captions, and stories
Plan and execute monthly content calendars
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally
Coordinate with the design/marketing team for creatives
Track performance, engagement, and basic analytics
Stay updated with social media trends and reels formats
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Instagram & Facebook marketing
Good communication and caption-writing skills
Creative mindset with an eye for trends
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Prior experience is a plus (freshers with strong interest can apply)
