Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy

Plan weekly and monthly content calendars Develop content buckets and themes aligned with brand goals Research trends, competitors, and audience interests Suggest content ideas for reels, posts, and YouTube
Content Writing

Write catchy hooks, captions, and scripts Adapt tone for Instagram, YouTube & Facebook Convert business offerings into engaging stories Revise content based on feedback and performance
Platform Execution

Coordinate with designers and video editors Ensure content matches platform best practices Support posting schedules and content flow Maintain consistency across multiple brand pages
Performance Thinking

Track engagement and content performance Suggest improvements based on insights Align content with lead generation goals

Required Skills

Strong writing skills in English & Hindi (Hinglish preferred) Ability to create catchy hooks and promotional content Understanding of Instagram & YouTube content formats Basic knowledge of social media algorithms Creative thinking with marketing mindset Ability to manage multiple brand pages

Experience

2-5 years in social media / content role Portfolio of captions, reels ideas, or pages managed Real estate experience is a plus
