to manage and grow Andaaz Fashion's presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of fashion trends, content creation, and audience engagement, and will work closely with the marketing and design teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage daily posting and engagement across
Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter.
Create and schedule content aligned with brand aesthetics and marketing campaigns.
Maintain a content calendar, ensuring consistent and high-quality posts.
Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.
2. Content Creation & Coordination
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for reels, posts, stories, and banners.
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and short-form copy aligned with fashion trends.
Assist in planning launches, festive campaigns, and seasonal collections.
3. Performance Tracking & Optimization
Track key social media metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
Share performance reports and insights with the marketing team.
Optimize content strategy based on data and audience behavior.
4. Campaign & Brand Support
Support paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations.
Ensure all social media communication reflects Andaaz Fashion's premium brand image.
Stay updated with emerging social media trends, formats, and fashion content styles.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Management, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience
in social media management (fashion or lifestyle industry preferred).
Strong understanding of Instagram reels, stories, and short-form video content.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and tools.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of fashion aesthetics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment.
