We are hiring a
full-time Social Media Manager
to handle Shutterex's online presence and content strategy. The role requires creativity, trend awareness, and consistency in execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Instagram, Facebook & LinkedIn accounts
Plan and execute reels, posts, stories, and captions
Research trends, audios, hashtags, and content ideas
Coordinate with in-house creative team for content
Handle DMs, comments, and community engagement
Create monthly content calendars
Track insights and improve reach & engagement
Requirements
1-2 years of experience
in social media management
Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & trends
Good communication and caption-writing skills
Basic knowledge of Canva / editing tools preferred
Creative mindset with attention to aesthetics
Female candidate preferred
Must be able to work from office (Model Town, Delhi)
Salary
?20,000 - ?25,000 per month
