Job Description

manages a company's online presence by creating engaging content (text, video, images), scheduling posts, monitoring performance, engaging with the community (comments, DMs), analyzing metrics, and developing strategies to build brand awareness and drive results

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation:

Develop and publish high-quality, platform-specific content (posts, stories, videos, memes) that aligns with brand voice.

Strategy & Planning:

Contribute to overall social media strategy and create content calendars to ensure consistent posting.

Community Management:

Respond to comments, messages, and foster discussions to build a loyal community.

Performance Monitoring:

Track key metrics (likes, shares, reach, ROI) using analytics tools and report on campaign success.

Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and relevant news to keep content fresh.

Campaign Execution:

Assist in running paid social campaigns and influencer outreach
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Skills:

Excellent writing, creativity, analytical thinking, time management, SEO knowledge, graphic design basics (Canva, Adobe).

Tools:

Familiarity with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics).

Education:

Often a degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fields, plus relevant experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
