Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Social Media Executive

to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and grow our brand's visibility across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with social media trends, analytics, and content creation.

Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation & Management

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Develop reels, posts, stories, and short-form content using basic editing tools. Coordinate with design and marketing teams for creatives and campaigns.

Strategy & Growth

Assist in developing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Track emerging trends, hashtags, and platform updates. Plan and execute monthly social media calendars.

Performance & Analytics

Monitor social media performance using insights and analytics. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements. Track competitors' social media activities.

Community Management

Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries promptly. Maintain a positive brand image across all platforms.

Campaign Execution

Assist in running paid ads with the marketing team. Support influencer tie-ups and brand collaborations.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms. Basic photo/video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools preferred). Excellent writing and communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media, or a related field. Experience in social media management preferred.
