We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, platform management, campaign execution, and social media analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
Design graphics, reels, and short-form videos using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and video editing software.
Run and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring targeted reach and optimized performance.
Manage daily posting schedules and maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms.
Analyze performance using analytics dashboards, optimize campaigns, and prepare monthly reports.
Engage with the audience, respond to comments/messages, and build a strong community presence.
Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
Support personal branding initiatives and collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning.
Assist in running and optimizing Google Ads campaigns when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management.
Strong knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, video editing tools, and analytics dashboards.
Solid understanding of algorithms across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X.
Experience in running paid campaigns and basic knowledge of Google Ads is preferred.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
