About the Role:

GT Connect Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and dynamic individual to handle our social media presence and video content creation.

The candidate should be able to manage social media accounts, plan and execute creative shoots, edit engaging videos, and handle outdoor video shoots when required.

This role is perfect for someone who's passionate about digital storytelling, understands social media trends, and can convert ideas into visually appealing content.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow company social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos and reels (both indoor & outdoor)

Visit client sites or locations for outdoor video shoots and brand campaigns

Create trending reels, short videos, and graphics to boost engagement

Research hashtags, music, and current trends to enhance content reach

Coordinate with marketing and design teams for creative campaigns

Write attractive captions and schedule daily posts

Engage with the audience through comments, messages, and community management

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in video editing or social media handling

Strong command of editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)

Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and content planning

Basic camera and lighting handling (DSLR or mobile)

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Must be comfortable traveling for shoots within Delhi NCR

Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Photoshop) preferred

Eligibility:

Graduate in Mass Communication, Media, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Must be based in Delhi (Dwarka Mor or nearby areas)
