Purpose: The CRM Specialist needs to have expertise in marketing automation to design and execute
high-conversion lead nurturing campaigns via WhatsApp, email, and SMS. Leveraging tools like
Salesforce, Lead Squared, or Mo Engage, you'll drive enrolment, retention, and revenue through
hyper-personalized, data-backed strategies.
MADE EASY Edutech focuses on lead generation and nurturing through online and offline campaigns for
engineering and competitive exam preparation. The CRM Specialist will play a crucial role in lead
management, marketing automation, retention marketing, and reporting.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Management & Storage:
o Responsible for collecting and managing leads from multiple sources such as landing pages, forms, and
marketing campaigns into the LMS/CRM system (e.g., LeadSquared, Salesforce).
o Ensure proper tagging, source tracking, and categorization for accurate attribution and analysis.
2. Data Cleaning & Enrichment:
o Regularly clean, validate, and update CRM data to ensure accuracy and prevent duplication.
o Maintain hygiene of student and enquiry databases.
3. Marketing Automation:
o Design and execute automated drip campaigns through WhatsApp, email, and SMS for lead nurturing
and engagement.
o Set up trigger-based workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation to improve conversions.
4. Retention Marketing:
o Implement re-engagement and retention workflows targeting high-intent and enrolled leads to
improve overall conversion, referral generation, and long-term engagement.
o Use personalized communication strategies to re-activate dormant leads and maintain consistent
engagement with enrolled students.
o Leverage behavioural insights from CRM data to identify drop-off points and design targeted
automation for re-engagement.
5. Reporting & Dashboard Creation:
o Build, maintain, and share weekly/monthly performance reports with management.
o Track KPIs like lead conversion, engagement rate, and ROI from automation campaigns.
6. Cross-Department Collaboration:
o Share campaign insights with the marketing and counselling teams to help optimize ad campaigns,
lead nurturing flows, and conversion messaging.
o Coordinate with teams to ensure CRM and marketing campaigns are aligned with academic and
enrolment objectives.
7. Continuous Optimization:
o Use data-driven insights to recommend process improvements, enhance automation efficiency, and
reduce manual dependency.
o Conduct training sessions for internal teams on CRM best practices.
8. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Present actionable insightsto leadership on campaign performance and student behaviour.* Align CRM strategies with enrolment targets through data-backed recommendations.*
