Plan, create, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Pinterest.
Work with the design and photography team to execute high-quality creatives.
Manage posting schedules, reels, stories, and brand communication.
Grow followers, engagement, and community interactions organically.
Track performance metrics and improve content strategy.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Shopify reports, or other dashboards.
Analyse ad performance
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CAC, engagement rate, follower growth, etc.
Present insights and actionable recommendations to the leadership team.
Basic Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years
experience in social media + performance marketing.
Strong understanding of paid media, audience segmentation, and funnel planning.
Ability to analyze numbers and convert data into insights.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify (preferred).
Strong communication and content planning skills.
Ability to work with design/creative teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience in e-commerce or fashion/jewellery brands.
Knowledge of influencer marketing.
Basic video editing or creative direction.
