Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement creative social media content plans
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics) for multiple platforms
Schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and platform updates for fresh content ideas
Engage with audience -- respond to comments, messages & community interactions
Coordinate with designers, content writers & marketing team for campaigns
Track KPIs and analyze performance via insights & analytics tools
Assist in running social media ads and boosting campaigns (basic understanding)
Maintain brand voice, quality and consistency across all digital communication
Conduct competitor research and market trends analysis
Required Skills
Strong knowledge of social media platforms & trends
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Basic graphic designing skills (Canva/Photoshop preferred)
Video editing skills for reels/shorts (basic)
Understanding of analytics (Meta insights, Google Analytics preferred)
Creativity & storytelling ability
Time management & multitasking
Qualifications
Graduate in Marketing / Mass Communication / Media / Digital Marketing or equivalent
1-3 years experience in social media marketing (Freshers with good portfolio can apply)
Experience with social media ads
Knowledge of SEO & hashtags strategy
Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, Canva, CapCut
