Position: Social media executive

Experience : Minimum 6 months

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow company presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). Create engaging and compelling content including posts, reels, captions, and stories. Lead and assist in

influencer marketing

-- identifying, coordinating, negotiating, and maintaining relationships with influencers. Handle

content creation

-- ideation, planning, and execution of creatives. Write engaging and creative copy for social media posts, campaigns, and other digital touchpoints (

strong writing skills required

). Track and analyze social media performance metrics and optimize accordingly. Collaborate with design and marketing teams to plan and execute social media campaigns. Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities. Ensure brand consistency across all content and messaging. Support in shooting/creating content for social media (camera-friendly is a plus). Brainstorm and propose fresh ideas to improve engagement and brand reach.

Skills & Qualifications

Minimum

6 months of experience

in social media marketing. Strong understanding of major social media platforms. Good content writing & copywriting skills. Experience in influencer marketing preferred. Creative mindset with strong content ideation skills. Basic knowledge of analytics tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Camera-friendly & basic content creation skills will be an added advantage.
