Key Responsibilities

Mebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive online engagement. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools and prepare performance reports. Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media marketing. Plan and execute paid promotions and ad campaigns when required. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand image. Assist in developing innovative social media campaigns aligned with business goals. Coordinate with external partners or influencers when necessary for campaign collaborations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Graduate in marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in social media management. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite. Creative mindset with the ability to generate original ideas and campaigns. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
