Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Canva cum Social Media Executive who can design engaging visual content, manage multiple social media platforms, and contribute to our clients' digital presence. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Canva design, social media strategy, content planning, and data-driven marketing research.

Key Responsibilities:

? Design visually appealing posts, stories, banners, and videos using Canva for various digital platforms.

? Manage and schedule content across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.

? Develop and execute engaging social media campaigns aligned with client goals and brand tone.

? Research new design trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to enhance performance.

? Write short and impactful captions, hashtags, and social media copies.? Monitor engagement metrics, analyze performance, and prepare reports.? Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas for campaigns, reels, and new content formats.

? Stay updated with the latest social media tools, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing an undergraduate program.? Proven experience with Canva (minimum 1 year) -- strong design sense and creativity required.? 6-8 months of hands-on experience in Social Media Management.? Good understanding of social media algorithms and content trends.? Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.? Strong communication and teamwork skills.? Knowledge of content and data research for digital campaigns.
