Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Create and curate high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, captions).
Manage social media calendars and ensure timely posting.
Run paid ad campaigns and optimize for best results.
Monitor and respond to audience engagement and inquiries.
Track performance through analytics and prepare monthly reports.
Collaborate with designers and marketing teams for consistent branding.
Build and maintain strong
relationships with influencers
and manage influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end, from outreach to content coordination and reporting.
Be comfortable and confident on camera for reels, video content, and behind-the-scenes storytelling.
Requirements
Above 1-3 years of proven experience in
social media management or digital marketing
.
Strong understanding of
social trends, analytics tools, and ad platforms
(Meta, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Excellent
communication, writing, and presentation skills
.
Ability to work creatively under tight deadlines.
Confident personality with ease in front of the camera.
Basic knowledge of video editing or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite) is a plus.
